We have included a question about dietary restrictions and as well as any allergies/ intolerances as part of our digital RSVP. Please let us know about your needs when replying so we can ensure that you are able to celebrate with us to the fullest extent!
We will be providing transportation to and from our ceremony/ reception from the Aloft and Kimpton Arras hotels. The transportation will pick up guests outside of the front entrance of the hotel around 4:00 pm for the ceremony and will be available for a return ride back to the hotels at the conclusion of the evening.
There is ample parking at the venue for any guests who wish to drive. It is also conveniently located within 10 minutes of the city center for those who would prefer to use Uber or a similar rideshare service.
We hope that you will plan to join us for our Welcome Party on Friday, June 13 from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at the Flat Iron Hotel Rooftop. We will enjoy light bites, drinks, and desserts as we kick off the weekend together.
