How much does it cost?

Answer

Your group size will determine your package, There are no more than 4 to a room, with the MAX of 3 adults. All packages include round trip air fare, All inclusive resort (room, meals, drinks, dranks), all taxes, round trip transfer to and from resort. Please contact the travel agency for further booking inquires. Turnberry Travel (614) 866-4411 inform them you are calling to book the McIntosh wedding.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. If you don't already have a passport - please apply for one at your local post office, it takes up to 6 weeks to get it back so please plan accordingly. The cost of a passport is approximately 125$

Question

Do I have to book with the travel agency?

Answer

No. If you have a better rate on flights or want to stay at a different resort you are more than welcome to coordinate your agenda with the wedding events. Please keep in mind the group rate only applies when booking with the group, and if you decide to stay off the resort, you will be required to purchase a day pass from the featured hotel to attend the wedding. Usually day passes are around 150$ per person

When is payment due?

Answer

Deposits are due immediately to secure your spot. Final payment through the booking agency is due in December.
