The closest airport to the venue is the Florence Airport (FLR). This is a small airport with only 1 runway. The Pisa and Bologna airports are both about 80 minutes from the venue by car but may offer more flight options. For the best international flight prices, book 5-8 months in advance.

Our wedding will be held at Tenuta di Rota, which is located 30 minutes south of Florence. The estate hosts a variety of accommodations including spacious villas and cozy apartments, all within walking distance of the wedding villa- Villa Palagio. If you're interested in renting an accommodation on-site, please visit the website link below and click “book” on an apartment or villa to initiate the process. The host will reach out to you through email. Alternatively, there are numerous Airbnb rentals and hotels near the wedding venue that might better match your personal preferences.

Locals have recommended that the best way to explore the Tuscan countryside is by car. Our venue's central location in the heart of Tuscany allows for convenient day trips to iconic destinations such as Pisa, Cinque Terre, Siena, and more! Please note that there are no Uber or taxi services available in the countryside. If you plan to rent a car, coordinate an International Driving Permit (IDP) through triple A to ensure you can legally drive in Italy.
Train
Regionali Train
You can take a rapid train from Florence (Firenze Campo di Marte station) to our destination in the Tuscan Countryside (Incisa Station). The journey takes 34 minutes with 4 stops. The Incisa train station is only 9 minutes away from our venue. If you plan to take the train, please inform us, and we will arrange pickups and drop-offs between the station and the villas.
