We’re tying the knot!

Glenn and Livi met in Birmingham, Alabama—also known as the Magic City—during their internal medicine residency. Their relationship started as a friendship, both being extroverts who were excited to explore a new city, they found themselves hanging out at local breweries and restaurants. They soon found a shared love for hosting friends for any kind of event, from Friday night pre-games to Kentucky Derby viewing parties. Finally, Glenn put it all on the line and cooked the Louisiana comfort food classic Grits and Grillades on their first date, which won both Livi's heart and her stomach. Since then, they have enjoyed backpacking trips in North Alabama, traveling all around the country and raising their two adopted sons: Tavo, a tenacious beta fish, and Grillade, an incorrigible lab mix.
