All guests will be required to check-in at a welcome table upon arrival at one of our venues. All guests will be asked to sanitize their hands upon arrival. Funky’s Catering Events will supply liquid hand sanitizer. Hand Sanitizer bottles will be placed on guest tables, bars, restrooms and throughout the venue. All guests will have their temperature checked using non-invasive laser technology, and asked to record information on a tracing report. Any guest with a temperature above 100 will not be allowed in the building. All guests will sign a waiver/tracing report agreeing that they will comply with Funky’s safety practices.
DINNER Dinner tables will be placed a minimum of 6 feet apart to accommodate physical distancing guidelines with no more than 10 guests per table. Service items which are traditionally communal (salt & pepper, cream & sugar) will be individually packaged per guest. Wedding cake will be cut and placed on individual plates and can be served or on a station. A Funky’s attendant will be present. Coffee will also be attended by Funky’s staff to serve each guest. Buffets or service food stations will be allowed with Funky’s staff attending and serving all foods to the guests. This includes, but is not limited to, dessert stations and/or late-night stations. Staff will wear a mask and gloves Modified Dance Floors: ● To facilitate the execution of the Modified Traditional Dance Floor, we will ask DJ's & Live Bands to remove songs that encourage Mass Assembly on the dance floor. ● Cocktail tables are added to our dance floors to encourage social distancing.
