Please RSVP (if you regretfully decline or can attend) on or before August 23rd.
We kindly recommend utilizing rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft for local transportation. This will help preserve parking spots for our traveling guests. For those joining us from out of town or the suburbs with a vehicle, please make note of that when you RSVP or contact Samar by August 23 to secure your spot for valet services. Space is limited as valet will be utilizing the Lincoln Park Zoo parking lot.
If you’re comfortable with parallel parking, you’ll find both free and metered street parking available nearby. For guests staying at the Claridge House hotel, it’s just an 8-minute walk to the church. Alternatively, you can reserve a parking spot in advance using the SpotHero or ParkWhiz apps. These options are reliable and affordable but be sure to carefully read the instructions and input the correct license plate number. If you need any assistance with booking a spot, don’t hesitate to reach out to Samar for help.
The first ceremony will be held in a church, honoring the biblical aspects of our union and the sacredness of this commitment. Second, we could not pass up the opportunity to share our personal vows at Theater on the Lake, an area that holds a special place in our hearts. This will allow us to enjoy the best of both worlds - a traditional ceremony and a personalized celebration of our love.
While we both love kids, we are keeping this an adults-only event so you can unwind and dance the night away!
We have a hotel block with the Claridge House only since most of our guests are local. If you need more recommendations, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Unless specified on your invite, we are reserving the space for other guests.
If you have a food allergy or any dietary restrictions, please reach out to Samar directly.
Semi-formal/formal: suit and tie for men and floor length gown or elegant knee length cocktail dress for women. We encourage you to wear what makes you most comfortable and confident, the dress code is simply a suggestion.
