There is a minimum three night charge per room. Double rooms €295.00 per night. Single rooms €240.00 per night. Please note there is a very limited number of single rooms. Guests will be required to pay a deposit of one nights accommodation by RSVP date, October 1st 2025. Balance to be settled by April 22nd 2026. All payments for accommodation can be made directly to Glen & Jade.

Flight schedules for 2026 are yet to be released, we will be watching this closely and will share our recommended options shortly. Tuscany has so much to offer and in the meantime for those of you wishing to spend some time in Tuscany before or after the wedding, the following airports service the region. Airport options: Florence Airport (FLR): Approximately 1 hour drive to Quercia Al Poggio. Pisa International Airport (PSA): Approximately 1.5 hour drive to Quercia Al Poggio. Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ): Approximately 1.5 hour drive to Quercia Al Poggio.

Things To Know
Accommodation is divided into two and three bedroom apartments, all apartments have private facilities such as kitchens and bathrooms. Allocation of rooms has already been provided by Glen & Jade to ensure you are with your nearest and dearest. Glen & Jade will be taking care of dinner and drinks Friday, Saturday and Sunday so you can just relax and enjoy! If you fancy cooking breakfast or lunch in your apartment, the kitchens are all yours. The transport provided will be stopping at a grocery store on the way to the venue, so you can grab any snacks or supplies you might want for the weekend. Please keep in mind the venue is located roughly 20 minutes from the closest town and their is no public transport. Upon arrival the venue requires a damage deposit of €300.00 for each accommodation that can be left through credit card pre authorization. This deposit will be returned at check out after the room has been inspected. It is mandatory to correctly separate the waste in the provided bins and leave it outside the apartment upon checkout, otherwise a €100.00 fee will be requested by the venue. Cleaning of the apartments along with change of towels and bed linens can be requested at an extra charge and needs to be notified in advance of arrival.
