Rehearsal dinner FAQ

Answer

We'd like to take the time to thank our wedding parties and families for helping to celebrate this momentous occassion together. The rehearsal dinner is at Incontro Restaurant in Franklin, MA from 6:30pm-8:30pm, dressy casual attire recommended. It is on the 2nd floor which per the restaurant is 21+ only, and will include a buffet style dinner with billiards and cash bar. Attendees: our wedding officiant, our wedding parties, their plus ones, immediate family members, and our two grandmothers. After 8:30pm all are welcome to join the pre-wedding celebrating at Incontro which includes a large cash bar and billiards. Let's not get toooo crazy now, we got a wedding to celebrate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Ceremony, Cocktail hour, & Reception: Semi-Formal attire is the way to go. Examples listed below: Gentlemen: Suit with optional tie. Ladies: Short & long dresses, seasonal knee length cocktail dresses, formal pant and top separates, close or open-toed shoes. Just dress to impress...you know, wedding stuff.

What's the Weather and Venue Like?

Answer

As any true New Englander knows the weather can change from minute to minute, so please plan accordingly! Ceremony - outdoors, grassy lawn, weather permitting. Reception - an open-air barn-style pavilion. There is heat if needed however no A/C. The style of the building with overhead coverage and open walls, along with comfortable temperatures this time of year should make for a great night! The average high temperature this time of year is 72ºF and dips to 55ºF at night. So if you are one who gets cold at night please bring a layer!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue for free. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are at the same location at Blissful Meadows Golf Club in Uxbridge, MA.

Do I have to stay at the DoubleTree hotel?

Answer

Of course not! If you choose to stay in the local area for Friday and/or Saturday night(s), there are other hotels closer to Boston, Providence, and Connecticut, depending on which direction you are headed.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We'd love to share this moment with all of our families. Please refer to your invitation regarding the wedding ceremony, or contact us if you have any questions. Friday night rehearsal dinner for the wedding party and immediate family is 21+.
