On the evening of March 8th, 2018 Andrew sent a Facebook message to Brooke after seeing her post on the TE Connectivity Summer Intern page and learning they would be interns at the same company for the summer. After a few messages about what apartments we were looking at for the summer, an idea suddenly floated to the surface - what if we became roommates for the summer? We had shared a number of classes together, both being Mechanical Engineering students at Lehigh University, but rarely ever interacted. Little did we know that what started out as the prospect of rooming with a familiar face for the summer would change our lives forever. Over the course of the summer we discovered how much we truly enjoyed spending time with one another, the qualities that we were looking for in a partner, and just how comforted and supported we felt by each other. When we returned to Lehigh for our senior year after that summer, it became clear that we were inseperable, and we began dating in October of 2018. Fast forward a bit, and the love and admiration that we have for one another has only grown throughout the years. From all of our shared passions and hobbies - traveling, spending time with friends and family, competing in a heated game of ping-pong, enjoying pickup sports with our friends, reading, rooting for our beloved New York Giants (even during the [often] tough times), or just going for a walk outside together - to our different adventures - hiking Angel's Landing in Zion National Park, taking in the views in the Canadian Rockies at Lake Louise, wandering around the narrow canal ways in Venice, enjoying the serenity of the Amalfi Coast, and most recently becoming engaged in the Greek Islands - we have come a far way since those early days in 2018. We are so thankful for all of our friends and family who have supported us along the way, and can't wait to celebrate together as we enter this exciting new chapter of life!
