What happens if I miss the R.S.V.P. deadline?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by April 21st, so we can finalize our seating chart, meal counts, and other details. If we don’t receive your response by then, we will assume you’re unable to attend.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation. If a plus one was included, their name will appear on your invite. Due to limited capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those listed.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out with us!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We encourage guests to dress "Summer Formal." Summer formal is elegant yet seasonally appropriate attire. Think lightweight suits or polished dresses in breathable fabrics and lighter colors. The look should be refined but comfortable. Please refrain from wearing white dresses or coats, of course!

Is there a hotel block available?
Answer
Yes! We have reserved a block of 20 rooms at The Vinoy with a two-night minimum stay. Reservations MUST be made before April 21st. Please refer to the Travel tab for reservation details. If there is additional interest, we may be able to secure more rooms. Contact Anna or Jason if you’d like to be added to a waitlist once the block is full.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?
Answer
Yes! A full dinner and open bar will be provided — come hungry and ready to celebrate. Hors d'oeuvres will be served after the ceremony.

I have dietary restrictions — can I make a special meal request?
Answer
Absolutely. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking available?
Answer
$15 discounted valet service will also be available for your convenience, please let them know you are with the Glass-Coil Wedding. If you're using a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft), please use the designated drop-off area at the front entrance. There may also be other self park options around the area, spots are not guaranteed though.
