We're getting married!

As a freshman in a class of 300 others, how do you meet a friend, a soulmate or even your other half? This is exactly how Gladys and Boris had felt in their architecture class of ARCH101. Though the class is full, they always noticed each other but weeks went by and their paths had not crossed. It was not until much later on when Gladys' friend referred her to someone in the same class - Boris, of course! They met and found out that they have been circling around each other's lives their whole life, from living within the same neighbourhood to sharing the same friend! There simply cannot have been more "coincidences" - maybe they were destined to find each other, sooner or later...

After years of dating, Boris wanted to surprise Gladys about starting a life together. But he also knew that a surprise would also be difficult since she can read him like a book. So he thought about sneaking in a celebration dinner for a work opportunity that he supposedly secured because he knew she would not turn down a good meal! Despite a very tiring day at work, a chilly day out and a basketball injury, Boris insisted on walking to the restaurant. But along the journey, past Glady's favorite park, Boris suddenly has the need to check out his twisted ankle. There simply is nowhere to go but to stop by there! With herds of adorable puppies constantly passing by, Gladys was perfectly distracted. Boris, on the other hand, was a nervous wreck but finally took the courage to go down on one knee and confessed that there was no work opportunity BUT would like to gain a wife. Shocked by the proposal, distracted by puppies, disappointed for Boris, and curious if he's still treating her at the expensive restaurant, Gladys finally clued in through the mixed bag of emotions and gladly accepted. From then, the excitement started and they could not wait to spend the rest of their lives together….
