Travel Note
While I doubt many people would be interested in doing this in late November (although the weather is usually still quite nice in Cville during this time!) our venue can accommodate 2-3 large RV's or 3-4 camper vans for $50 per vehicle, and 10 tent campers can stay on site for free. This comes with 24 hour access to the Event Lodge for restrooms, kitchen, and shower from noon on November 25 to 3pm on November 27. If this is an option that interests you, please contact Christian or Kolleen directly.
Shuttle

Shuttle pickup will be at 1pm, 1:10pm, and 1:20pm, and the shuttle will go to each of the main three hotels. There is enough shuttle space to accommodate all guests, even if y'all are not staying at one of the hotels. If you'd like to use the shuttles, you would just need to be at one of the 3 hotel locations during pickup time. We have the venue until Sunday afternoon, so we can accommodate guests who would like to stay late as well :)
