Our block is reserved for Thursday-Sunday so you may have to remove days if you do not plan to stay the whole time. If you plan to say longer, you will need to discuss with the hotel directly. This is where we will be having our after party! This hotel is close to Birkdale Village with lots of shopping and dining options. It is approximately 27 minutes from CLT Airport (20 Miles) and 7.6 miles from our wedding venue! We will provide shuttle services from this hotel to the venue and back. The hotel block must be reserved by September 17th.

Shuttle

A shuttle is reserved for transporting you from the main hotel block to the venue and back at the end of the night. Our shuttle will leave promptly at 4:00PM at the hotel and depart from the venue at 10:00PM.

While we don’t have a hotel block here, this hotel is next door so you would be able to use the shuttle services and be close to all the action still!
Flight
(21 Miles ~30 minutes) from the venue CLT is a huge airport. Convenient and direct flights from Altoona, Scranton and Allentown, PA and Albany/Syracuse, NY. We highly recommend this airport for convenience but if you don't mind renting a car and driving, Raleigh and Asheville have airports as well.
