Yes! Please be aware that this property is out on a large plot land. You may come across some local creatures. There is a large pond on the property that is only partially fenced in and it does contain alligators. Please keep an eye on your little ones. Welcome to Florida!
We would like all of our guests to respect our surroundings, including the animals on the property. Please enjoy them from afar and do not throw any food in the pond. There will be plenty of trash cans around the property, so that trash doesn't end up in the water or surrounding areas. Thank you!
There will be a designated smoking area outside. Please no smoking/vaping inside the indoor venue space and only smoke in the designated area.
Yes! There will be a parking attendant helping guide cars into spots on a grass lot on the venue site. There will be designated spots up front for handicapped and limited mobility parking. No cars can be left onsite overnight, so please arrange safe and reliable transportation!
The venue is about 25 minutes from the airport and about 30-45 minutes from other highly populated suburbs. The venue owner said that rideshare cars have been able to pick up and drop off at the property for previous events, but just plan accordingly as rides may be declined due to distance. Carpooling, would likely be the best option for those who can make it work. We would like everyone to get to and from the venue safely.
We appreciate all of our friends and family who wish to be present on our wedding day. Please understand that we have limited seating and are only able to accommodate the invited guests.
Please wear semi-formal attire. The weather can be hot or cold in November and can be unpredictable in Florida, so plan accordingly! The indoor space of the event is climate controlled. Also, the property does has paved sidewalks, grass, brick walkways, and some short stairs you may or maynot be walking on, so wear footwear that can accommodate.
Yes to both! If have any questions about the food options or have any food allergies that you are concerned about, don't hesitate to reach out to Patrick or Katie!
