Do I need to learn Greek?

If you can, why not? 😄 But no worries — most people in Greece speak English, and when they don’t, a little game of charades (or Google Translate!) usually does the trick. Here are some handy phrases to help you through conversations, meals, and the wedding celebration! Tip: Don’t worry about getting it perfect — Greeks love enthusiasm over accuracy. Just smile, make eye contact, and enjoy the moment. “Ya mas!” (cheers!) works anywhere.
