A brief note on the global pandemic-- We believe in science! We believe in wearing masks and social distancing. We are hopeful that we will be able to have our wedding celebration in 2021 as planned! However, please understand if we feel we need to reduce our guest list to keep our immune compromised family safe, as we will be doing so! Thank you for the love and support, we hope to see you all in 2021.

8th grade home room brought Gianna and Aaron together. Their friendship started with kick wars under the desks and continued into the occasional hangout at ThunderRidge High School football games. After losing touch for a brief time, Gianna and Aaron reconnected their Freshman Year of college. Gianna slid into Aarons' DMs and they started spending time together as friends. Just a few weeks later, Aaron took Gianna on their first date and the rest is history.

Gianna had been in Atlanta for the weekend as part of her volunteer organization, CISV. Her trip gave Aaron the perfect window to get his proposal together. Gianna is one of the hardest people to surprise, so Aaron had to think fast and quick. After asking for her parents permission on Saturday, Aaron recruited some of Gianna's closest friends to help (Dora, Gianna P, Kenzie, and Aleshanee). When Gianna landed at the airport that night, Aaron picked her up and everything seemed normal(ish), Gianna was exhausted from the trip and wanted to go to bed as it was well past her 8:30 PM bedtime 😂 and was not in her usual talkative mood. She couldn't tell if Aaron was talking more than usual or if she was talking less than usual. When they arrived back at their house, Gianna went inside to see dozens of candles lit on the floor, a rose petal walkway, and pictures from over three years of adventures on the walls. Once Aaron had popped the question and all of our friends came out of hiding, we had a small celebration with champagne and cupcakes, then called our family with the news! We cannot wait to continue to celebrate our love with everyone in October!
