Featured in "The Ledged of Sleepy Hollow" this church and churchyard were founded around 1685. It is the purported haunt of the headless horseman, and also the resting place of local citizens who likely inspired Irving’s characters.
Right next door to the Old Dutch Church, but much, much larger and full of many famous people. In the past they have offered tours, including nighttime lantern tours, but not sure if that will be happening this year.
A beautiful Gilded Age mansion and grounds. Tours are opening back up in this fall. The grounds are lovely are over great views of the Hudson. The Westminster Dog Show was held there this past June.
