It’s FINALLY happening!

Andrew and Janet met and became friends during their freshman year of high school. After graduation, Janet ran into Andrew during her first year of college and their friendship became closer. When Andrew needed a job, Janet used her connections to get Andrew an interview at BestBuy and he got the job! As they spent more and more time together, their love story began, and the rest is......well you know!

Janet always loved to plan surprise birthday dinners/activities with Andrew’s best and closest friends. Andrew got the idea to propose on his own birthday since Janet would not suspect a thing….and she didn’t. Some of you know she was not very nice that day because there was an ice storm that almost cancelled his birthday…but he still stuck with the plan. Andrew had already asked her mother’s permission and had looped in her best friend, Ginger. Andrew was nervous all night at top golf in Ashburn, VA. He knew the perfect time to do it would be during CAKE time! Everyone sang happy birthday and suddenly got quiet, and he started to ask the question….in true Janet form she asked “DID YOU ASK MY MOM?!”Andrew replied, “Yes!” and then there was a pause, as Andrew was still waiting for a YES from Janet, which he received! Andrew and Janet have been engaged since 2016 and originally planned to be married in 2020, when COVID happened. Now, they will FINALLY be married on August 20th of 2022.
