Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RVSP to the event as soon as possible. However, the deadline is September 23, 2025. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand :)

WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY START?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm, however we do recommend guests arriving around 2:30 so people have time to park and find their seats. Once the ceremony starts no one will be able to enter the ceremony site so please arrive on time :)

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like :)

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! There will be champagne available for guests before the ceremony starts, wine and beer during dinner, and an open bar for the party! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed on your invitation. Unless we have reached out to you personally regarding a plus one, we ask that only the named people on the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding :)

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside, reception will be inside :)

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

Plenty! A majority of our bridal party will be staying at the AC Hotel located at the St. John's Town Center. If you would like to book a room there we recommend doing so as soon as possible. It is a conference hotel so rooms book up quickly! Listed below are a few other hotel options we recommend located within the St. John's Town Center: -Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville-Town Center by IHG -Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville-South/St. Johns Ctr. -Hyatt Place Jacksonville/St John's Town Center

TRANSPORTATION

Answer

We do have buses available that guests are welcome to use to get to and from the venue or guests are welcome to drive their own vehicles or carpool. Uber and Lyft do not drive out to the venue.
