What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at the venue and will start promptly at 6:00 PM. Please allow yourself to arrive by 5:45 PM, at the latest. The cocktail hour will start at 6:30 PM and the reception will follow.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your children, we have decided to keep our wedding Adults Only, with the exception of the children in the bridal party. We hope you understand!

When is the Wedding over?

Answer

Reception starts at 7:30 PM and will go until 12:30 AM. * Take a nap and be prepared to dance the night away!

Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at the venue and will be outdoors, weather permitting, followed by an indoor cocktail hour, and ending with an indoor reception.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is valet parking as you pull in.

Can we take photos during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

During the ceremony, it would be much appreciated if you would refrain from taking photos. We have hired a photographer to capture this moment and we would love to have photographs with no phones or devices in them. Thank you for being present with us during this time!

What is the dress attire?

Answer

We invite our guests to wear formal/cocktail attire. Tuxedos and suits are welcomed as well as formal gowns and cocktail dresses! There will be lots of dancing and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a shuttle available from the Hotel to the Venue?

Answer

There is no shuttle from the Hotel to the Venue, however we will be providing a shuttle service from the Venue to the Hotel at the end of the night, for those who need it. The shuttle will leave VB at 1:00am. If any of those are missed, you will have to take an Uber back to the hotel. Thank you for your cooperation.
