Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes. Along with several items we've picked direct through Zola, we have a honeymoon and down payment for a home set up here on Zola. Any contribution is appreciated, but not necessary. We are excited to see you. There is a 2.7% transaction fee on the website. If you are uncomfortable with the fee, please feel free to reach out to us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are trying to keep our food options very simple, but please reach out to us with any concerns you may have and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation. If you want to learn more about local transportation, please look at the the "Travel & Accommodations" page or reach out.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are going to have coffee and donuts on top of Mount Sugarloaf for any guests who want to join us the morning after the ceremony, on June 19. This is a state park, so parking atop the mountain is limited and includes a small parking fee. There is also parking at the foot of the mountain. The hike up the mountain is 1 mile up a slightly steep road or .6 miles up a moderate trail.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is ample parking at Blackbirch Vineyard, where we will host both the ceremony and reception.

Can we carpool with other guests?

Answer

We understand that this is a destination for many of our guests and transportation may be limited. If you would like to try and carpool with other guests, please let us know where you're staying and we'll try to connect you with others.

Are kids welcome?

We have a limited guest capacity. At this time we are hoping to keep the event adults only.

Will the event be outside?

Answer

We plan to have as much of the event outdoors as possible (weather permitting). We will provide some shade and bug spray. Please bring whatever else you'd like to be comfortable.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The venue will be open for our private event starting at 6pm. Please try to arrive around this time.
