Boston
Boston is an easy day trip from Wrentham! Explore the city that Gita called home for 5 years. The commuter rail train can easily take you from Boston to Foxboro (nearby Wrentham) for a quick day trip! Some of Gita’s favorite spots are listed below: -Boston Public Garden -Museum of Science -Boston Public Library -Newbury Street -Long Wharf -Seaport -North End (for great Italian food) -Harvard Square (technically in Cambridge, home of Harvard University)
Cape Cod
Cape Cod is known for its beaches and is a favorite summer spot for New Englanders! The cape is about an hours drive from Wrentham and we recommend coming here for a beach day as well as checking out some of the cute shops and seafood restaurants in the area.
Newport
Newport is about an hour drive from Wrentham and is worth seeing for the scenery! We recommend taking a tour of the gilded age mansions, walking the cliff walk by the beach, and eating some seafood in town.
Patriot Place
The stadium of the New England patriots! You can also find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops in this area -there is lots to do!
