We're getting Married!

It all began in 2010, in the 7th grade, during Ms. Johnson’s math class. We were just kids, shyly introducing ourselves, and somehow, Jason ended up sitting right behind Gisselle. We were each other’s first crushes, and of course, all our friends couldn’t resist trying to set us up for the 8th-grade graduation dance. It was a whirlwind of excitement and chaos, and while we ended up going to the dance separately, we still had the time of our lives! We became fast friends, but like most things in life, we drifted apart when high school took us in different directions. It wasn’t until years later, at San Jose State University, that we reconnected, and from that very moment, everything felt like it had fallen into place. It was as though we had found our way back home to each other. From the start, we both knew there was something incredibly special between us. Jason didn’t waste any time and asked Gisselle to take a leap of faith with him and become his girlfriend. And just like that, we became inseparable. It felt like the universe had been quietly plotting to bring us back together, and we couldn’t ignore the magic between us. Only two months into dating, Jason gave Gisselle a promise ring, telling her with complete certainty that she was the one he was going to marry. There was no doubt in our hearts—we were meant to be. Even when life threw us a curveball, and we had to endure two years of long-distance, living in separate cities, our love only grew stronger. No matter the miles between us, we knew that our hearts were always connected. Every challenge, every missed kiss, every “I miss you” only made our bond deeper, and we emerged from it knowing that we could face anything together. Through the years, we’ve created unforgettable memories. We adopted our fur baby, Levi, and watching her grow, taking her on hikes, to the beach, and experiencing all the joy she brings to our lives has been the perfect addition to our love story. It’s been incredible traveling the world hand in hand—wandering the romantic streets of Paris, getting lost in the enchanting beauty of Rome, experiencing the magic of New York and Hawaii, and ultimately, getting engaged on a gondola in Venice, Italy. We’ve laughed until we cried, shared moments that took our breath away, and made memories that will stay in our hearts forever. Whether it was a spontaneous weekend getaway or an unforgettable international adventure, every moment spent with each other has felt like a dream come true. Looking back on everything, there’s one thing we are absolutely certain of: we want to build a life and family together, grow old together, and cherish every single moment. Our love is the greatest adventure we’ve ever known, and we can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives side by side—making more memories, falling deeper in love with each other every day, and creating a future we’ve always dreamed of.
