Our ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00pm. We ask that guests arrive no earlier than 3:30pm and no later than 3:45pm. Guests who have not arrived by the start of our ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony.
If you child is under 2, their name will not be listed as they are "free" guests. Their name is kept off to get an accurate guest count number, but we still would love for you to bring them!
Attire is Semi-Formal. We ask that you refrain from dark colors (blacks, grays, dark browns, and red), but strongly encourage spring/summer colors. Please keep in mind that it is in August, so it will still be hot and our ceremony will be outside.
The first row on both side will be reserved for immediate family, but all other seating is open for others. There will be designated seating for the reception and we will have a seating chart up in order to direct you to your seat!
Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony to ensure that our photographer is able to do their best work in capturing our special day. We kindly ask that you respect our wishes and keep your personal cameras and phones silent and tucked away until cocktail hour begins.
There will be 2 slushie machines and one of those will have alcohol in them, while the other is non-alcoholic. We will also have a champagne toast for our adult guests. There will be soft drinks, tea, lemonade, and water served for guests. It is PROHIBITED to bring any alcoholic drinks with you.
