Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Jeffrey Espinal and Giselle Pichardo
♥ La Paz, the capital of Baja California Sur, is a beloved destination for nature and adventure enthusiasts—it's the very reason we fell in love with this city when we first discovered it three years ago. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Be sure to take the time to witness the magical sunset, which is truly one of a kind in La Paz, Mexico. The colors and beauty of the sky will leave you in awe, just as it did for us.

Beach Outings

La Paz is all about the beautiful beaches and nearby islands. Make sure to book an excursion to visit Balandra beach, voted one of the Worlds BEST beaches! For a memorable boating experience, contact Irvin at +52 612-351-0205 or Danny at 909-349-9552 with La Paz Yacht Group. If time allows, don’t miss a visit to Isla Espiritu Santo, a true gem of the Sea of Cortez. Fun fact: La Paz is known as Mexico’s “Aquarium of the World,” so expect to encounter incredible marine life while out at sea! If boating isn’t your thing, you can still visit Balandra Beach by car. However, be sure to arrive by 8 a.m. to secure entry, as vehicle capacity is limited. For more beach options, check out the link below.

Restaurants

Situated on the Sea of Cortez, La Paz has easy access to a wide variety of fresh seafood, offering sea-to-table dining experiences, emphasizing fresh, local ingredients. El Quemadero is a speakeasy bar at an upscale restaurant.
