If you're able to lend a hand with pre-event set up, decorating, or are going to be staying at the venue and want to set up camp, please join us by noon at the earliest! Indoor facilities will not be available until 3pm. We will have snacks, drinks, and music going to kick off the weekend.

Morning of the Wedding

There are many local activities to enjoy before the ceremony; please check out the Things to Do section if you would like to go for a small adventure Saturday morning. You are also welcome to arrive at the venue as early as you'd like, but please be aware there is minimal room for outfit changes. We will have light breakfast options and snacks throughout the day, and there are also a variety of great local breakfast/lunch restaurants.
Ceremony

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Bring a jacket, the fall air could be a bit chilly.
The ceremony site will be a short walk from the reception site, please wear comfy shoes. We will have accessibility options for anyone who may need it and some seating with standing room as well. After a short ceremony we will head to the reception site for drinks and to fire up the grills!
Cookout and Party!

Time to celebrate! Plenty of buffet style food will be available, prepared by the bride and groom and our loved ones. BBQ on the grills and smokers; potato, pasta, and other salads; veggie options; crock pot dishes; and more. The venue allows BYOB, feel free to bring your favorite drinks but we will also have an assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. Toasts, dancing, and desserts to follow, as well as campfires, games, and good times!

Sunday Brunch

One last get together to finish up our wedding weekend! We will be making a full brunch to say thank you for joining us. Stay awhile and fuel up for your journey home or just stop in to say goodbye!
