FAQs

Question

Are kids allowed to the wedding celebration?

Answer

Totally up to you! We want you to have fun, and whether kids are a part of that OR if you're in need of a break, let that guide your decision.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Garden party/festive/whatever you are most comfortable in! We recommend bringing a top layer as the party will be outside in the evening. The average October high in Los Alamos is 74 degrees with an average night-time low of 48 degrees.

Question

What to do in the area?

Answer

Los Alamos is situated in the The Santa Ynez Valley, which is a wine-growing region in Santa Barbara County, California. It's known for its unique climate, diverse grapes, and charming towns. It's located between the Santa Ynez Mountains to the south and the San Rafael Mountains to the north, and the Santa Ynez River flows through it. The valley is a major wine-producing area with many wineries, tasting rooms, and boutique shops. The nearby towns of Los Olivos and Solvang are both worth a visit. You can see the official Santa Ynez Valley website for more details on neighboring towns, attractions, and more: https://www.visitsyv.com/getting-here/

Question

What kind of food and drinks will be at the celebration?

Answer

We will have delicious tacos made on site for two hours of the celebration, with meat and veggie options alongside gluten free homemade corn tortillas. Bar Alamo serves a wide selection of local wines, beers, and NA beverage options. It is closed to the public and open exclusively to our guests for the duration of the celebration. https://baralamo.com/
