2. Pay for your trip (if you only put down a deposit)  

3. Purchase travel insurance. Anyone in our group have a legal background and advise on the best option? Please contact your "host" with the info so we can share with the larger group. the rafting company recommends Travelex Trip Insurance.

4. Purchase flights to Ashland. See travel section of website. FYI: Niti Ladva has COVID credit on Alaska. Please help her out by offering to use her credit. Reach out to her directly. 714.553.4803.

5. Book hotels. See travel section of website. You or your roommate can follow up with the hotel and make your reservation directly. Check in with your host (Shehnaz, Nishi, or Luciana) to find out who your roommate is (its more exciting than a blind date!). Your roommate will be your hotel and tent buddy!
