Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center

If you have trouble booking, or have any hotel questions, please call the hotel and ask for Kaylene or Eric. Note, if you book at another hotel other than the Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center, or you don’t book within our wedding block, you won't be able to take the shuttle to and from the wedding. When you stay at the Homewood Suites, not only do you get to enjoy all the amenities at their hotel — pool, outdoor sport court, midweek cocktail hour — but you’ll also have access to the Hilton Inverness’ amenities next door without having to pay their resort fee. Among other things, this includes use of their recreational equipment and activities like bikes and games from the adventure room, access to their pool and use of their larger fitness center, as well as 20% discounts at the spa and golf course. Shuttle

Booking your hotel room will automatically book your shuttle reservation as well. The cost of the shuttle ($30 per person) will be added to your hotel bill at check out. Shuttles will arrive at the Homewood Suites at 3 p.m. and will depart at 3:15 p.m. sharp. The shuttle will drop you back off at either the hotel or at the after party. For those who don’t want to stay late at the wedding, a shuttle will take you back to the hotel around 9 p.m. Additionally, if anyone needs to go back to the hotel for any other reason throughout the night, the shuttles will be standing by and can take you. Please note, if you don’t book your stay within our wedding block at the Homewood Suites, you will not be able to take the shuttle to and from the wedding. Alcohol is allowed on the shuttle, but no glass please. For questions about the shuttle, please contact Jordan or Brian.

Travel Note

Hotel Shuttle and Denver Light Rail

The Homewood Suites has an on-site shuttle that will take you within 5-miles of the hotel, which includes the Park Meadows Mall and a nearby light rail stop, which will take you to downtown Denver. In fact, if you don’t want to rent a car, you can take the train from the Denver airport to Union Station, connect to the light rail there and have the hotel shuttle pick you up and take you to the hotel.
