We met back in 2019, freshman year, in math class. He had just switched into my class, and at first he was just another new face. But one day we started talking and somehow, we never stopped. In 2025, we took the biggest steps yet, we got engaged, and then eloped, promising forever to the person who had already been our constant from the very beginning. Not long after, he left for the military, starting a new chapter in our lives. It hasn’t always been easy, but what we have has never been ordinary. We started as best friends, and even now, after everything, we still are.
