Where is the wedding taking place? Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena What time should I arrive? You are free to stay as long as you want. I would suggest flying in on Monday so you can explore Cartagena, visit the island on Tuesday and welcome party on Wednesday and Wedding on Thursday and Friday fly out of rest. How do I RSVP? Please see page tab where it says RSVP and you can RSVP on there with your loved ones. When should I RSVP by? September 1st, 2023 if any different please let us know ASAP. Is there a dress code? Yes, on Wednesday Sunset Cruise you are to wear all white. On the wedding day it is black tie. Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors? The reception will be out in the open area (a little warm). The cocktail hour is on the roof top at sunset with lots of breeze. The wedding reception and dinner will be inside with AC inside. What can I expect from the ceremony? Lots of fun, drinks and a very long night. Put you dance shoes on and get ready for a Colombian style dance party. Are children invited? What Are should I stay? Try to stay in the old City area or near Sofitel De Santa Clara (where most of the events will be located). How do I book my room? ( ROOMS ARE LIMITED AT SANTA CLARA) You are not obligated to stay at Santa Clara, but you can eserve your room by contacting Samia Ceballos at Email: Samia.ceballos@sofitel.com subject Line- Leni & Giovanni Ybanez or call at +57 (5)650-4740 Ext. 2075 before September 1st, 2023 We also have three other options that our guest are staying at: 1. Nacar Hotel Cartagena Curio (We do not have rooms blocked because they would be the same rate). 2. Hotel Casa San Augustin: 3. You are also free to stay in a Airbnb of your choice How do I get around: You can either take an Uber (extremely safe) or you can take a taxi.
