A Shuttle service will be provided to bring guests to and from the venue. If you have not given us your hotel information please do so ASAP so we can update our shuttle timeline. Reminder, on-site parking is limited, please use the Shuttle if you are staying nearby All listed times are when the Shuttle will be leaving the listed property so please be ready and in the vehicle by that time. The Roxbury Hotel (Village Side) - Shuttle will pick guests up and depart for Spillian at 2:30pm. The Roxbury Hotel Stratton Falls (Falls Side) - Shuttle will pick guests up and depart for Spillian at 2:35pm. Shadowcrest Guest House - Shuttle will pick guests up and depart for Spillian at 3:05 pm. River Run Bed and Breakfast - Shuttle will pick guests up and depart for Spillian at 3:10 pm. 8709 New York 28, Big Indian, NY 12410 - Shuttle will pick guests up and depart for Spillian at 3:20pm. West Wind Motel - Shuttle will pick guests up and depart for Spillian at 3:25 pm.
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
The event is semi-formal, when in doubt, dress up a little, have fun! Ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting) so please bring a warm layer! It will be beautiful but it is April, it may get chilly.
Please arrive at 3:30pm for a brief welcome reception and to get acquainted and settled in the space. All wedding day events will be taking place on the grounds of Spillian, our wedding venue. Between the ceremony and reception will be cocktail hour on site, with refreshments and appetizers being served.

Starting at 9 pm shuttle service will be available on demand to bring guests back to their accommodations for the night. Just let the driver know the name of where you are going.
