Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
The wedding weekend events include the Welcome Party on Thursday October 1st, the Wedding Ceremony + Reception on Friday October 2nd, and the Farewell Brunch on Sunday October 4th.

Do I need to do anything for my hotel accommodations?
Answer
At the moment no. As noted on the Travel tab/page, we are working with the venue, Borgo Antico Casalbosco, and surrounding properties to reserve all rooms for our wedding guests. Once Zack and Giovanna have finalized some details with the hotels, they will be sending emails for guests to finalize booking. Estimated date for this is no later than June 2026. Feel free to reach to Zack and Giovanna if you have any questions or concerns for your accommodations.
Question
Do I need a visa or other required documentation as a US citizen to go to Italy/the EU?
Answer
No, at this time there is no advanced action that US citizens need to take to enter the EU. That said, the EU has announced it will be launching the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) the last quarter of 2026, it is not yet determined if this will occur during our travels. Zack and Gio will be staying informed on this program, whether guests will need to take action for this, and will keep you all updated.

Due to capacity restrictions, only individuals named on invitations may attend our wedding weekend and accommodations. We greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration.
