As of now there is no Visa needed for Italy for a stay less than 90 days. You will need a valid passport if traveling from the US, and it is recommended that the expiration date be >6 months from your travel date or you may have trouble. Please see the following website for updates to travel documentation requirements: https://travel.state.gov/en/international-travel/travel-advisories/italy.html
The main walking area and bar/restaurant area is located within Conversano Castle! Villa Rosa is directly across the street, however the other listed hotels are also within walking distance! Hotel D’Aragona is also walking distance! Conversano is very walkable, if you plan to stay at your own Airbnb, make sure to check the distance from Masseria Le Cerase and the castle!
If flying into the Bari airport (Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla) there are multiple car rental services around there. I recommend looking into and reaching out to the following: FLYCAR, PugliaByCar, Volarent Bari. Most companies will need you to call or reach out via WhatsApp in order to book!
We kindly ask that you only RSVP and attend with the people listed on your invitation envelope. Although we love your little ones, this is mainly a kids free wedding!
For the welcome dinner we recommend cocktail attire! For the wedding we ask for elevated cocktail. We want everyone to have fun with colors and patterns! For the ladies, the wedding does have some portions where you’ll walk on grass so protect your heels with heel caps or wear a chunky heel!
Puglia in spring is sunny, potentially rainy (fingers crossed!) with temperatures from 50s F to mid 70s F! The evenings are cooler!
Please see our “Things to do” tab. You’ll see recommendations for beautiful sites to see, other neighboring towns to visit, and our favorite restaurants and cafes!
Please let me know if you have questions and I can direct you to our wedding planner, Pia!
