Where will the wedding take place?

The ceremony and reception will take place at Northstone Country Club, 15801 Northstone Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078. We chose this beautiful location because of it's stunning scenery, delicious food, and secluded atmosphere. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm. We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to find your seat and settle in before the festivities begin.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We kindly request that guests wear formal attire to celebrate with us. To help us create a beautiful and cohesive look, we would also like to ask that you avoid the colors dusty blue, sage green, ivory, and navy, as these are our wedding colors and will be worn by our wedding party. We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you, and we can’t wait to see you in your lovely outfits!

Will there be transportation provided?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing transportation for guests from the hotel to the venue. Please check back closer to the date for more details on schedules and logistics.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We appreciate your enthusiasm for capturing our special day! However, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow us and our guests to be fully present. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the beautiful moments, which we can't wait to share with you afterward!

Are children invited to the wedding?
Answer
We love your little ones, but due to the nature of our event, unless your child is a part of the wedding party, we have decided to make it an adults-only celebration.

Can guests bring a plus one to the wedding?
Answer
Due to limited space at our venue, only guests whose names are specifically noted on the invitation are allowed to bring a plus one. We hope you can understand our decision, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

What is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by September 6th. This will help us finalize our guest count and ensure that everyone has a seat at the celebration!
