Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than the 20th February 2026 using the QR code on your invitation, or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

What do i do if i can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending". If you have already RSVP's "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Giorgia or Peter as soon as you are aware. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 2:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 2 pm to ensure you are seated on time

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address of our wedding venue is 751 Wakarara Road, Ongaonga. This can be accessed by either SH50 (abit more windy) or SH2 (heading through Waipawa). When you arrive, please head through the gate and follow the long driveway up the hill, taking in the beautiful gardens along the way.

Transport and parking

Answer

Parking at the homestead is plentiful to welcome all of our guests. We will have someone there to guide you at the top of the hill. We also have a bus booked leaving the Tuki Tuki Motel in Waipukurau at 1:30pm and leaving the venue again at approximately midnight. Please let us know if you are interested in this option

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code for all events is semi-formal/cocktail attire, formal preferred. We invite you to come in summery, warm colours. Please keep in mind our ceremony is outdoors on grass

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Can i take pictures during the ceremony

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer Charlotte and videographer Grant to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!

What are my reception dinner options?

Answer

We have BBQ Gourmet catering a large buffet spread with all sorts of delicious goodies. You certainly won't be going hungry! We can accommodate any food allergies. Please notate during the RSVP process
