- Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. They do not take early check-in requests on weekends. - If you arrive before 3:00 pm, the hotel will do its best to accommodate an early check-in based on room availability. - Reservations must be made within the block and 45 days in advance of the event date to secure the block discount. At the time of reservation, a valid credit or debit card is required to hold the room by the individual guest. - Reservations can be canceled by 4 pm the day prior to arrival without a cancellation penalty. - Canceling a reservation within 24 hours of check-in would result in a fee of 1 night's room rate + tax. 6 pm the evening prior to check-in, our system will charge the room rate + tax on the card on file. - A $100 incidental hold is placed on the card at the time of check-in. Shuttle

Shuttle Information to come!

We will provide a shuttle to transport you from hotel to ceremony/reception! First pick up will be at 2:30-2:40 depending which hotel you are getting picked up from. The bus will come by a second time after the first round of drop offs. Pick up from the venue will start at 9 pm and the bus will do 2 rounds of drop offs. After party information to come.
