Cristian and Erica met during their senior year at Cortland. Well, Cristian remembers; Erica needed a few reintroductions. Luckily, Cristian kept showing up until they became inseparable. In March 2018, after a spring break family meet-and-greet, Cristian made it official and asked Erica to be his girlfriend. They survived “long distance” (aka sitting on the belt parkway for 3 plus hours), moved in together, and now live happily in Brooklyn with the true loves of their lives: their cats, Sushi & Rigatoni.

Erica thought she was on a wholesome sisters’ trip to Amsterdam and Paris—just some sightseeing, partying, and a lot of photoshoots (thanks to her photographer sister, Lanie). So when Lanie wanted Eiffel Tower pics, Erica was obviously down. What she didn’t expect was Cristian casually popping out of nowhere and dropping to one knee. They spent the next few days in the city of love and still amazed that Cristian managed to get to Europe without Erica seeing his phone location.
