Meeting at the beginning of the pandemic was unusual, almost as unusual as our first date in Andrea's driveway since the world was shut down. We got to know one another without the noise of the world, in the quiet of our now home.

Watch our video!! Gio was so nervous and extraordinarily chatty that day. He kept throwing Andrea off. Andrea kept thinking "Is it happening today? No, it's not happening...hmm maybe IT IS." It was so special to be surrounded by a ton of love!

We were lucky to take a road trip through Mexico. We went to a family friend's gorgeous wedding in San Miguel de Allende. Next, we drove to Gio's family home and stayed with them in San Nicolas, Guanajuato where we were showered with love, tacos, and cold beer. Then we went to Leon, where we visited Club Leon's stadium, with no one present, and toured their practice fields and office facility, La Esmeralda. They next made one of Andrea's dreams come true and traveled to where her family roots originate in San Miguel el Alto, Jalisco. This is where they bought their arras for their wedding. Guadalajara was their next stop before an amazing day trip to Tequila, Jalisco. Their trip ended with a Thanksgiving dinner full of gratitude with Andrea's parents, brother, sister-in-law, and nephew who was growing in Laura's belly.
