We unofficially met through two dear friends who suggested we would both be fun, kind people to hang out with, but would neither like something serious. After I (Giny) initially said no, Gary decided to reach out to me anyways leading to our first date. We were both surprised by how much we enjoyed each other’s company. Our second date, according to Gary was much like a 20/20 interview with a spotlight pointed right in his eyes consisting of 200 questions, that I recall as an opportunity to get to know this nice guy. Needless to say, much to Gary's apprehension, he still did not want the date to end and took the longest route to drop me off at my house. After three months of dating we realized we really liked each other when we didn't love that we were sitting across from one another instead of sitting next to each other at a mutual friends house. Well, at least that's Giny's story. Gary may have taken a little bit longer. Fast forward to three years later, one beautiful night in the Rocky Mountains, and he finally got down on one knee! Finally! And the rest or should I say the best is still to come....
