We’re Getting Married!!!

Every year since we have been together Tyler and I go on an adventure for Tyler’s birthday and in 2021 we were going to watch a Braves game. Apparently, he was planning on proposing while we were at the game, but oh how did his plans change… A little over a month before his birthday trip i was asked to attend a work conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. I, being a girl that has never even been to Florence by herself, ask Tyler, my mom, and my sister to come with me. We bought all of our tickets and room reservations and we were excited to go on our adventure! Little did i know what Tyler had up his sleeve... We get to Vegas and do all the tourist things like shopping, sight seeing, eating all the food, etc, but my main goal was to see the Bellagio Fountain show! So it’s our last day in Vegas and I had a thought at the beginning of the trip that Tyler would propose on this trip, and I am slowly losing hope… We make our way down to the fountain show, and on the way down I am stealthily patting Tyler’s pockets to see of he has my ring because this is the last chance to propose and i feel… nothing. No ring in his pockets at all! I sadly realize he’s not proposing to me in Vegas like i had hoped. So we finally make our way to the front of the fountain, and I am in awe. I cant take my eyes off the show! While i am watching the show Tyler is playing swapsy with my mom who gives him the ring!! He waits until a romantic song ends and then we hear this next song will be the last of the night. Low and behold the song is “Uptown Funk” by Bruno Mars. I am videoing the show when i feel a tap and I turn around and there Tyler is down on one knee with the most beautiful ring in his hand. I said yes!! and immediately start crying so hard my contact falls out. And after that it is all a blur of happiness, warm feelings, and love. And i wouldn’t change it for anything. I love you Babe.
