How do I RSVP?

Answer

Head to the RSVP tab here on the website! Please RSVP by November 1st- but the earlier, the better!

Wait! I just got your invitation, but I already submitted my RSVP?!

Answer

That's okay! We prematurely opened up the RSVP function before sending out our invitations. If you already submitted your RSVP, no need to re-submit once you receive your invitation. In fact, pat yourself on the back for being so ahead of the game! We appreciate it!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to necessity rather than choice, only children over the age of 16 can be accommodated. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!

Where do I choose my entrée?

You will choose your meal at the event.

How do the hotel blocks work?

Answer

We have on-site rooms at The Roundhouse, and two additional blocks at hotels nearby that are less costly. The Courtyard by Marriott in Fishkill includes transportation to and from the venue, but there is no transportation included with the Comfort Suites hotel. However, both hotels are an easy 10-minute drive to the venue! **Please book early! You have to book by a certain date to secure the discounted rate! Please see the "Accommodations" tab for more information."

Of course! Please let the couple know and we will make sure The Roundhouse will accommodate.
