Question

How do I RSVP for the Wedding?

Answer

You can RSVP through our website under the RSVP tab. Search your name and select which events you will be attending. Please RSVP by March 15, 2025, but the sooner the better!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re not picky, we just want you to be comfortable! Wear an outfit you feel dynamite in 🔥 If we had to put a label on it, we recommend semi-formal, festive attire!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation unless otherwise addressed. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all of the kiddos in our lives, but we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate children. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the Wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will take place inside the Community Center. There is a patio outside and the surrounding lot is paved. There is a park beside the Community Center with a walking path around the lake.

Question

Where do I park for the Wedding?

Answer

Weaverville Community Center is on the property of a public park so although there is ample parking, we are only allowed a certain number of spots to block off. There are 3 parking lots as well as street parking within walking distance to the community center. There will be a shuttle service available to and from a lot a few blocks down from the community center. (Address for Shuttle: 179 Merrimon Avenue Weaverville, NC 28787) Considering it will be a Saturday afternoon in early spring, we imagine the parking at the community center will be limited.

Question

What time should I arrive to the Wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm so it is advised to arrive 30 minutes early to accommodate time for parking. If you are not able to find a parking spot at the community center, allow time for the shuttle to pick you up at the available lot down the street.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony (no photos or videos taken by guests) We have a phenomenal photographer that will capture the special moments so our guests can be present in the moment. There will be a QR code available to upload/share any photos and videos taken during the weekend!

Question

What food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We're making Italiano for you! We will have pasta, salads and bread. We will have meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options!

Question

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

We will serve New Belgium Mountain Time beer and a Red and White wine. We will also have a variety of sodas, seltzers and water!

Question

How can I give the couple a wedding gift?

Answer

Our registry can be found on our website, under the Registry tab. If you have any other means of a gift you'd like to give, you can bring it to the wedding. We appreciate any and all gifts but it is in no means a requirement.
