What's an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony and ask that you please turn off all phones and cameras. We’ve hired a photographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us. We promise to share our beautiful images once they're available after the wedding.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Since we've been on our own for many years now, we don't really need anything.... except a little more space! While it's not the traditional way of doing things, we'd prefer a contribution to our Workshop Fund. Please see the "Registry" tab to quickly and easily contribute. For those more traditional, we are registered on Amazon.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP?

Answer

In order to provide our vendors with an accurate count, we ask that you RSVP by April 15th. Yes, please mail back your RSVP, don't make us have to track you down!

Can I bring a Date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we prefer it to be just you. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Only by prior request. We ask that you inform us of any dietary restrictions/preferences by April 15th so we can make our caterer aware. Otherwise we cannot guarantee your restriction/preference will be honored.

Do you have a room block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Accommodations" tab for further details.

Will I have to pay for parking?

Answer

Nope! There's plenty of parking, as well as a few handicap spots.

Can I take an Uber/Lyft back to the hotel after the reception?

Answer

We've been told that Uber/Lyft is difficult to get at night in the area. Please use your best judgement while enjoying the open bar and plan ahead for getting home safely!

Am I allowed to leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, but all vehicles MUST be picked up by 10am the next morning. Otherwise it will be towed at the owner's expense.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, you'll be able to access both the ceremony and reception via wheelchair.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

No, those are the venue's property so please do not take any decor home!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! (with the exception of during the ceremony) We encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #TeamRolfsmeyer so we can keep track of all of your pictures and enjoy the moments we missed!
