We're tying the knot!

As many of you know, they both work for Con Ed. Paul works for Steam and Kat worked for Gas. It was spring time and Kat's crew was called to fix a gas service above a steam leak. Although it was not Paul's job, he was on site to buy dumplings in the area. He caught Kat's eye and she thought " what a cute little blancito". Kat contacted a mutual friend, Kodi, and he helped get Paul's contact information. They had their first date at the Alligator Lounge (how classy) and ended with artichoke pizza. Fast forward a few years later and here they are!

They were planning a BBQ for Memorial Day weekend since Paul's sister, Liz, was visiting from Hawaii. Kat was soooo sure Paul was going to propose that day, Sunday. During holidays she spoke to her siblings, cousins, and friends saying it's the perfect moment how can he not. They planned on getting the meat for the party on Saturday and Paul told Kat they were going to a brunch to meet Liz's friends. She was calculating the time and told him "I don't think I'll make the brunch, but I'll meet them after at the aquarium" Paul says, NO. Kat looked at him and said " Listen Paul, I know I've said you can tell me no, but you really can't tell me no." This was his first experience of the Latina fire. They're approaching the restaurant and Paul asks to take a picture by the pier. Kat tells him "Why do you want to take a picture, you know I don't like pictures and plus they're waiting for us." She gave in and walked to the pier. As they were standing taking a picture Paul starts talking and getting into his feelings. Kat is thinking, what's going on? Why is he so emotional? Before she knew it the ring was out and he was on his knees. Kat was in utter shock and then the photographers came out. After she collected herself and realized what had just happened, she thought to herself, it would've been nice if her family were here. They walked into the restaurant and there everyone was! P.S. Kat's sister, Rudsena, is the GOAT since she bought her a change of clothes!
