The ceremony will take place outdoors in the Stone Garden of the hotel. October can be cool, so we recommend you bring a shawl or wrap. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.
Yes — everything will take place at the same venue, so no need to travel between locations.
We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow for parking and seating.

Yes! Parking is available on-site at the venue. The parking lot is large, so we recommend a little extra time to find parking and to make your way to the Stone Garden.
If your invitation includes a guest’s name, we have reserved a seat just for them! Due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration unless your child’s name is specifically included on the invitation.
Cocktail hour will include hors d’oeuvres and drinks. A delicious buffet dinner will be served in the Timbers Room, followed by dancing and celebration!
