We recommend planning to arrive at 4:30 to account for the drive and any traffic that you might run into. The ceremony will start promptly at 5, so please plan accordingly.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation. Please note that the wedding will be a drive from most hotels in Austin proper so plan accordingly. If you will need a ride to the wedding ceremony, please talk to one of us so we can see if transportation can be arranged.
There is ample parking outside of the front entrance of the venue. Please let us know if you will need an accessible entrance because there are a few steps outside of the main entrance.
The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting. Please wear shoes appropriate for a ceremony on a lawn. The reception will be inside at the same venue.
We would prefer formal (either Indian or American) with appropriate footwear for an outdoor lawn ceremony. However, we ask that you wear what you feel best in, so we can capture your happiest self in pictures :)
We would like to keep the welcome ceremony and wedding day intimate with only our invited guests. Each family should have a set number of RSVPs on the website. If there is someone you would like to bring, please talk to one of us, so we can make arrangements.
Of course! Just be mindful that the ceremony is on a bit of a hill, so please keep a watchful eye if they are runners. There is plenty of room for them to play behind the actual wedding ceremony space, so feel free to step away if you need.
Absolutely! We will have set times during the ceremony for you to take pictures. Please refrain from taking pictures outside of these times, so the photographer can do her work.
We are not, and please do not bring any physical gifts. While we want nothing more than your presence, if you would like to gift us, we will have a card box at the wedding and we have a fund available on the 'Registry' tab of this website.
There will be a cash bar available at the reception.
You will have the choice between chicken or salmon along with additional carving stations. If you need a vegetarian/vegan option, please note that in your RSVP, so we can arrange that for you.
