It was a beautiful summer day, the sky was blue, birds were singing, the cool wind was blowing through my hair, that's when I had stumbled on the sidewalk and a handsome man had come to my rescue, fate had decided it was love at first sight, and the rest was history. JUST KIDDING! Actually it was beautiful summer day and I was happily drinking Margaritas at my Aunt Marie's BBQ, I was sharing the many horror stories of summer online dating app experiences, and had let everyone know that I was at the point of adopting 20 cats and calling it a day. As I was sitting around the firepit, I decided to give it ONE last shot, after countless left swipes, I swiped right on a tall, dark and handsome man. I noticed that he was wearing converse sneakers in one of his pictures, which was something we had in common ,because if you know me, you know that out of all my shoes , and I have MANY, that my red converse are my favorite. I sent the first message with little expectations, or the expectation that he could be a psychopathic serial killer, because you just never know on those sites, and like I said , I have STORIES! After a few weeks of phone calls and messaging, we decided to meet up for a date. On a Wednesday night in mid July, we shared drinks and gourmet Pizza , good conversation and told stories about the meaning behind our tattoos. I noticed that TJ had a small pizza tattoo on his hand with a missing slice, I asked him about it , and he said that he got the tattoo to remind him to find his missing slice, and now we know that was me ! So, although I'm still open to adopting 20 cats, I don't have to do it alone because now the moon hit our eye and we are a WHOLE pizza pie, that's AMORE !
