Sean and Gina met at the W Scottsdale Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. They both worked in operations, Sean with the Welcome Office and Gina with the W Store. Sean was smitten with Gina from the beginning. He loved her midwest accent and her love for the Green Bay Packers, his favorite team. The two were not friends immediately nor did they even work together. The first time Gina talked to Sean she sent him to check on what she thought was a mentally impaired individual needing assistance but instead was just an angry drunk sleeping outside the hotel. It wasn't until Sean and Gina went to get drinks with a mutual friend that they hit it off. The two closed the bar down and the rest is history. However, the two swore they were just friends for months until realizing they should be together.
