Yes! In Utah, everyone needs to show ID in order to purchase alcoholic drinks and go inside a bar. Even if you haven't been IDed in years, please be sure to have ID with you for the whole weekend.
While we understand some families may have children and grandchildren making the trip to enjoy the Wasatch Front, due to venue limitations, we must respectfully request that all non-invited children do not attend. Thank you for understanding and we are so excited to celebrate with all of you!
Please be sure to arrive at the Moonbeam chairlift no later than 3:15. There is a short walk from the chairlift to the Roundhouse Lawn.
There are discounted lodging options listed on the Travel section of our website!
No, there's no set dress code! We want everyone to look and feel their best! The ceremony and dancing will be on the lawn so we suggest wearing shoes that you're comfortable wearing on grass and the chairlift. Also, since dancing will be on the lawn you may want a light jacket for after sunset.
There will be a shuttle provided from the Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Cottonwood Canyon to Solitude for before and after the wedding. If you're staying in Solitude Village, it's a less than ten minute walk to the Moonbeam chairlift. Shuttle times will be provided closer to the wedding.
There will be a place to note food allergies and dietary restrictions on the RSVP.
There is parking at Solitude near the Moonbeam chairlift and near Solitude Village.
Guests will take the Moonbeam chairlift up to the Roundhouse Lodge. Any guests who are unable to ride the chairlift, please let us know and there will be a shuttle for you. Please see the map below for how to get to the Moonbeam chairlift. https://www.solitudemountain.com/-/media/Solitude/Trail-Map-PDFs/Solitude-Village-Map-22.pdf
